Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Want to take your Mother’s Day breakfast in bed up a notch? This delicious Chocolate Cherry Smoothie combines the natural goodness of Cherry Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, fruit and a little bit of chocolate to create a tasty treat that’s easy for kids to make for their mom.

Makes 2 servings, 11 ounces each
Ingredients
1 ripe banana

1 cup Cherry Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, chilled

½ cup vanilla yogurt

¾ cup frozen cherries, preferably dark sweet

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Chocolate syrup for garnish, optional

 

  1. Puree banana, Cherry Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, vanilla yogurt, frozen cherries and cocoa powder in a blender until smooth.
  2. Divide between two cups.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, if you prefer.
