1 cup Apple Raspberry Juicy Juice® 100% juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 (about 1 1/4 lb. total) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon olive oil
COMBINE Apple Raspberry Juicy Juice® 100% juice, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger and pepper in medium bowl; add chicken. Marinate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
HEAT oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook on one side for 5 minutes or until golden. Turn over; cook for an additional 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
