INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Tropical Flavor Juicy Juice® 100% juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine Tropical Flavor Juicy Juice® 100% juice, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper in medium bowl; whisk to blend.
- Use as vinaigrette for salad or as marinade for chicken or pork. Vinaigrette will hold, covered, in refrigerator for up to 1 week
