Juicy Box Walkie-Talkies

Juice Box Walkie-Talkies
In the age of smartphones and tablets, a real life walkie-talkie might seem foreign to your kids, but this silly construction paper craft will have them giggling in no time. Here’s how you make it:

  1. First, gather your materials. All you need is a leftover Juicy Juice™ juice box, a black marker, three sheets of construction paper and a glue stick.

  1. Color the top of the juice box’s straw black. Using kid-friendly safety scissors, cut one sheet of construction paper horizontally so it is the height of the juice box. Then, cut smaller pieces in the shape of a rectangle, a circle, a square and four small ovals.

  1. Glue on the ovals, the circle and the square onto the rectangle. Using your marker, color in dots and lines for the walkie talkie’s earpiece and mouthpiece. Finally, glue on the rectangle at the edge of the largest sheet.

  1. Cover the back of the large sheet in glue and attach it directly over the juice box. Insert the straw back in and get ready to hear your kids shout, “over!”
