STEP 2:

Keep tracing!! As many flowers as you’d like in your beautiful bouquet is the number of handprints you’ll need! Grab a sheet of green paper and make some oval leaf shapes as well.

Pro Tip: If your littles are too little to get a good trace of their hand, try using washable paint and touching it to the paper. Then set aside to dry before cutting out.

STEP 4:

Now we’re going to make that yellow center part of your flower, also known as, the pistil. Put two yellow pipe cleaners together and curlycue them at one end with your finger. Then go ahead and feed them down the green straw.

STEP 5:

Now let’s bring these flowers to life! Take your handprints and wrap them from pinky to thumb around the end of the green straw so your yellow pistil is just at the center. Glue the two sides of the paper together and onto the straw. Set aside to dry.

Next let’s glue the leaves to the length of the straw. Place them at any point along the straw then set aside to dry.
