Turkey Juice Box Covers

Gobble Gobble! Here’s a cute way to get the little ones involved in making table decorations. These turkey juice box covers can even be used as name cards at the Thanksgiving table! It’s super easy and makes drinking Juicy Juice even more fun!

Materials

  • Glue stick
  • Construction paper (green, brown orange, red and yellow)
  • Googly eyes
  • Pencil
  • Scissors
  • Ruler
  • Tape
  • Juice box(es)

Step 1. Use your ruler to measure the height of the juice box and mark the length on the brown paper. Next, cut the paper based on your measurements, and begin to wrap it completely around the juice box. Tape it to secure your cover around the juice box.

Step 3. Next, use the orange construction paper and cut out an orange triangle for your turkey’s nose (one for each turkey). Use the red construction paper to cut out cylinder-like shapes for the turkey’s throat wattle. Glue the shapes and googly eyes to your box.

Step 4. To ensure that the feathers stick, glue each colored feather to each other! Once they’ve dried, glue the entire pack of feathers on the backside of your box.

Step 5. Write all the kids’ names on the turkey juice boxes and then you are all finished! Not only will your little ones love to help make these, but they will also love decorating the table with their creations!
