Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

One dozen eggs

Jello gelatin mix (in any color you like)

Mayonnaise

Mustard

Salt

Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Hard boil 12 large eggs then remove the shell from each egg.
  2. Slice each hard-boiled egg down the middle so you have 24 egg halves. Place the egg halves on a plate. Spoon the yellow yolk into a separate bowl and set aside.
  3. Pour 2 cups of boiling water into heatproof bowls.
  4. Stir in your preferred colors of Jello gelatin mix until it completely dissolves. We used blue in one bowl and red in another.
  5. Place white egg halves into each of your bowls. Steep the white egg halves for 10-20 minutes. If your egg halves are not the desired color, then leave in a little longer. When they’ve reached the desired color, place the halves on a plate and set aside.
  6. Mash the yellow yolks in a medium mixing bowl with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until the texture is smooth and creamy.
  7. Add your yolk mixture to a piping bag and pipe onto each of the colorful egg halves.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate until you’re ready to enjoy with Juicy Juice!
