Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Servings: 12
Ingredients:
One dozen eggs
Jello gelatin mix (in any color you like)
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
- Hard boil 12 large eggs then remove the shell from each egg.
- Slice each hard-boiled egg down the middle so you have 24 egg halves. Place the egg halves on a plate. Spoon the yellow yolk into a separate bowl and set aside.
- Pour 2 cups of boiling water into heatproof bowls.
- Stir in your preferred colors of Jello gelatin mix until it completely dissolves. We used blue in one bowl and red in another.
- Place white egg halves into each of your bowls. Steep the white egg halves for 10-20 minutes. If your egg halves are not the desired color, then leave in a little longer. When they’ve reached the desired color, place the halves on a plate and set aside.
- Mash the yellow yolks in a medium mixing bowl with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until the texture is smooth and creamy.
- Add your yolk mixture to a piping bag and pipe onto each of the colorful egg halves.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until you’re ready to enjoy with Juicy Juice!
