Tropical Berry Italian Ice

Makes 4 cups – ½ cup servings

Ingredients

3 cup Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, tropical flavor

3 cup Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, berry flavor

1 cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

1 tsp Lemon Zest

1 ¼ cup Blueberries

1 ¼ cup Raspberries

10 Strawberries, sliced

In two separate pitchers add 1/2 cup of lemon juice into each.

Instructions

1. Pour Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, tropical flavor into one pitcher and Juicy Juice® 100% Juice, berry flavor into the other.
2. Add 1/2 tsp lemon zest into each pitcher, then stir.
3. Freeze both mixtures separately in a baking dish, fluffing the mixture with a fork every 30-45 mins. Total freeze time should be at least 2 hours.
4. Layer ½ cup of Tropical Italian Ice and ½ cup of Berry Italian Ice in a glass with a 1/8 cup of blueberries, ¼ cup of raspberries, and 1 sliced strawberry on top as a garnish.
